SPACE Spianada Residences is located near Ayala shopping mall and Mango square. We provide all necessary facilities to stay. There is swimming pool, fitness gym in condo, unit has free Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen. You can cook meals and have coffee.
A simple woman who wants to stay in active lifestyle and do business. For inquiries,you may email,test or call us we will be glad to assist you. for early check in we charge php100 per hour and it depends on the availability in our bookings payment is through Gcash.
ACCESS IN THE AREA - Mango Square - Robinson shopping mall - Ayala shopping mall - SM shopping mall - Colon and Sto.Niño Church - Mactan Cebu International airport *It’s easy to find taxi in front of the condominium. Don't hesitate to ask the lobby guard to assist you. Cebu has heavy traffic sometimes so please make sure you have ample time to travel around. TRANSPORTATION Very easy to catch a taxi. There is also new commercial space right across the street and it has 24 hr convenient store (7/11), cafes and bars.
