BSA Twin Towers Reminder: Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. (Early or late check in/out fees per hour applies.) This unit requires 150pesos/head all-in utility fee (electricity, water, internet, wifi, laundry and garbage disposal etc.) per night. Pool, gym and parking has a fee. Cleaning fee will be charged if the room is left unclean and disorganized. All trash must be neatly disposed outside the door between 8:00-10:00pm to be collected by our staff. Remaining trash in the morning should be disposed in the Tower B basement, B1 level trash area near elevators. Turn off all the lights and appliances on check out, exept the refrigerator. Early/ Late check in/out Policy: Normal check in is 2pm. Early check-in fee is 150/hr from 2pm to rush clean and prepare the room. Late check in fee is 150pesos if arrive beyond 8:30pm. Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out fee of 150pesos/hour applies if beyond 10am. This is to secure the room from the upcoming guests who want to check-in early that day. Always contact the host if you have concerns. Thank you!
