My place is a 2-Bedroom penthouse unit in Centrio Tower which is a project of Ayala by Avida. I have the unit listed into 3, first with the small room(1-2 persons) alone, 2nd with the Master's Bedroom(1-4 persons) alone, and 3rd listing is the entire unit(1-6 persons) so you can have the entire unit for yourselves. So please choose carefully. If you only rent one bedroom, then you might have to share the living room, kitchen and shower room with other staying guests staying at the other room. Although the Master's bedroom has it's own private shower room, so chances are, guests staying at the small room will have the shower room all to themselves. It is also a corner unit so the Master Bedroom has an unobstructed 270 degrees view of the city. From river view, to Bay view, swimming pool view, garden view, mountain view, and city view. Aside from being conveniently adjacent to the Mall, it is just walking distance from other malls as well and cool bar and restaurants that are open until late in the evening. Guests have access to 2 swimming pools(adult & kiddie pool), have 24/7 security, and a room with a backup generator.
I live in the same building and just across the unit. If there's any problem and I'm around, I could help out right away. If given the chance to meet guests in person, I do love to meet them, but I respect privacy as well and their need to rest from a very long and tiring trip. I am a farmer who enjoys traveling and enjoy sports specially badminton. A few of my hobbies is collecting stamps and currencies from all over the world.

Near Chill places to eat and drink with friends like the Lifestyle District and Cagayan Town Center Nearby other malls like SM Downtown Premier, Gaisano and Limketkai Shopping Mall.
