We have a cozy two story home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and small patio in a quiet Santa Catalina neighborhood. It is fully furnished alongside having cable and wifi for your devices. There is also a washer machine on the patio for your convenience. Places nearby: -Canada Avenue (Main Ave) -Paseo De La Republica -Terminal Buses such as Cruz Del Sur, Ormeno . -Palermo Avenue (Shopping Markets) -Metro (Convenience Store)
We grew up in Lima, this house is special to us and our family. We have the best memories with my parents and relatives. The neighborhood is great, I still remember playing in the park, running around the park with friends and building strong relationships that lasted for ever. Still remains as a great neighborhood. We have someone who manages the house and lives nearby. If you have any questions or concerns, she is available for you. If you are not fluent in spanish and are more comfortable speaking english, we are also available through text or email if needed.
Quiet, peaceful You can walk to the main avenue "Avenida Canada", two blocks away from the house. There is a lot of ways of transportation you can use, busses, taxis and Metropolitano. The house is 10 minutes away from San Isidro the financial district. You are also close to great restaurants and specially "El Mercado de Palermo" where you can buy fruits, veggies, bread and other foods. Also 10 minutes away from Plaza Santa Catalina where you can find great restaurants and Cinepolis. We are located 30 minutes away from the Pacific Ocean, you can visit the famous Costa Verde and find great small beaches around it.
