My apartment is located in a secure, clean and well located district, San Borja at 25 minutes far by car from our sea coast in Miraflores district. The aparment has a great view from 8th floor, elevator. As a host I will do my best to make your accomodation great and you can enjoy your trip. The room has a double bed, very comfortable, very good natural light. It has a beautiful view, there is a TV 50" HD with access to Max, Netflix, TV Cable; a desk, spacious wardrobes. I have a bathroom (share only with me), hot/warm electric shower, good water pressure. I bring an American breakfast (pineapple or papaya juice), coffee or tea/chamomille, toasts with jam and eggs). As a guest you can use the whole apartment ; kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, laundry with washing machine -wash and dry, the living room, dining room. Regarding the cost; per day is US 25, including all taxes. All expenses are included. If you stay 7 days or more, the cost will be US 170. You can contact me if you have any question. I will gladly answer them.
Welcome to my cozy Apartment :) . My name is Margot Arimborgo and I really enjoy helping my guests to enjoy their trip. I will do my best as a host to make you feel comfortable, caring and happy with your visit to our country. My hobbies are swimming, watch tv series, listen 70's & 80s music. I consider myself very friendly :). I am available for my guests 24/7. I can show you around our touristic places in Lima, if you desire, or show you our delicious peruvian dishes at our best Restaurants. There are plenty activities in Lima you can enjoy, as enjoy our beaches, paraglyding, visiting our beautiful ancient churches, museums, zoos. I will be very happy to help you to find anything you would like to know about Peru :)
I have at 2 blocks far from my Apartment: Metro Supermarket, a Commercial Center which has Ripley, Banks, Starbucks, Coolboox, Fast food, Drugstores, Restaurants, etc. We have at half block our town Green field sport Center in which you can have swimming pool lessons. Also you can enjoy our beautiful beaches and walk around our best touristic district, Miraflores, at 25 minutes far from my apartment. There is our train station at 3 blocks far and our free station for bycicles.
