Exclusive premiere downtown apartment on the 16th floor of the tower, with excellent panoramic views of the city. Located in downtown Lima, 2 min from San Isidro, 10 from Miraflores, direct connection to the historic center of Lima in 20 min. It is very close to the Universidad del Pacifico, the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, the Spanish Center and the Real Plaza Shopping Center. You will enjoy the views of the apartment and being on a 16th floor you will have a spectacular perspective of Lima. The apartment is new, newly released and furnished with all possible amenities. An austere and avant-garde aesthetic. Ideal for exclusive people and wanting to enjoy an unbeatable location and spectacular views of the city.
