Like a home away from home, with Waiotahe Beach close by, this modern executive style home is a great place to base yourself to enjoy a beach hoiday, and a handy location to also enjoy not only the beach but other activities in the area such as fishing, cycling, or hiking. The property is light and bright and has many home comforts, and although it is in a modern subdivision, once you are in the house it is very private. There is a large covered deck area, that is sunny and North facing - a great place to lounge around and read a book or enjoy a beverage after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going inside. The property is well fenced and family friendly, and all on one level. It is a beach estate, moments walk to the sea You will need a vehicle
