Property information

Situated between Oneroa and Palm Beach, a traditional kiwi cottage plus a contemporary modern guesthouse all brought together via a central courtyard. Perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun and enjoying al fresco dining. Winner of the 2021 Here Awards small projects category and Finalist in the 2022 Best Awards – Spatial Category. The 2 bedroom Cottage has a Queen bed and 2 single beds, the guesthouse has a King bed and an ensuite with shower (no kitchenette). Central to all the islands hot spots yet just far enough away to enjoy the peace, quiet and of course the native birdsong. Handy to a bus stop if you're visiting without a car.

Situated between Oneroa and Palm Beach. An easy 15 minute walk to Little Oneroa beach or carry on 10 more minutes to the main town of Oneroa. Plenty of lovely bush walks in the area. There’s also a bus stop moments away that will whisk you off to the rest of the island to explore the beaches, wineries, markets and more.
