Property info

Nestled in the popular suburb of St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Hot Salt Water Pools, and a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops and eateries on the Esplanade. A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. The space is fully equipped with full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom - suitable for individuals or a small group. From the car park directly outside the unit, enter into the kitchen and spacious open plan lounge & dining area. From a door off the far end of the lounge, you will find the bathroom on your right, and bedroom down a couple of steps. The bedroom can be set up with either a King bed or 2 Single beds, and an additional bed can be set up in the lounge on request. The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring unit, however it is scarcely used.

St Clair is a popular area of Dunedin, with great access to some of the best beaches, great cafes and restaurants, and a nearby golf club. A 10 minute drive to the centre of town.
