Nestled in a tranquil leafy cul de sac, this renovated Art Deco designer character house is designed to cater to the discerning tastes of our guests, accommodating 1 to 4 people. Every detail has been curated to ensure a perfect experience, from the immaculate interior, plush Sleepyhead beds and espresso machine, landscaped deck to the contemporary art.

Located within the sought after Epsom/Newmarket/ Mt Eden ring, the historic Epsom is the best location in the city. On a direct route to the Airport, close proximity to the main CBD and NZ’s largest shopping precinct, Westfield 277 Broadway, everything is on the door step. The Neighbourhood: This house is situated on a quiet leafy cul-de-sac. The neighbours are warm and friendly and like to say hello if you cross paths. Nearby: Around the corner: on Manukau Road: a block of shops in a historic village with a convenience store, bottle shop Japanese restaurant and cafe. 300m away: Te Kōpuke / Tītīkōpuke / Mt St John is a lesser-known maunga (mountain) and is one of Auckland’s oldest volcanoes. spot 500m away: Cornwall Park, 172 hectares of Aotearoa New Zealand's living history, weaving together heritage, ecology, agriculture, wildlife, mauri, and community within its lush landscape. There is parking under the carport (park in #4) within the complex. Enter via Halifax Ave. There is a bus stop to and from the city 100m up to Manukau Road. Remuera train station is the closest. It is a 5 min walk. Ubers are easy to come by and arrive within minutes
