Purpose-built in 2015/Quiet and Sunny and Botanical/in a Characteristic street/slightly north of Downtown. All bedding and linens and towels are supplied. Two bedrooms with 2 super-king size beds, a north facing living with a sofa-bed, dining and opening kitchen, a compact laundry, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet room. Brand new ventilation HRV systems. A two-stores house combines two residences in one and situated on a 840 sqm section in a regarded location. Both with separate cooking and living areas catered for two independent families (Host family live downstairs while you stay upstairs). Upstairs is a completely self contained unit with its own private access. The size-able entrance way with stairs leads to two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and essential bathroom plus WC. Once again the living is an open plan kitchen, dining and living layout with a hideaway laundry and heat pump. Interiors throughout are neutral and in excellent condition. Well placed windows give a pleasant garden view and have superb sunlight streaming in. Overlook the idyllic garden established with mature plantings from the lounge that create a botanical park-like feel.
Kia Ora, welcome to 7Vhouse. My wife Lydia, my daughter Tessa and I Clark live in the great community. We invite you to stay and enjoy the completely self contained accommodation and would appreciate if you especially your kids run, jump or shout as less as you can (Host families live downstairs while you stay upstairs). We provide airport transfer and tour driver and tour guide services. It is our pleasure if it helps. About parking: There are ample free and overnight parking spaces by the roadside. It is a quiet, safe and not busy road and the parking space is just in the entrance door of the house so it is convenient for you to take the luggage. There are spaces before the garage on premises too as the photo shows. No worries parking here as no vehicle inside the garage. Just let host know in advance if you prefer to park inside the yard as you need the code to open the big steel gate.
Located in the middle of a quiet characteristic street lined with beautiful big trees. Strolling distance to cafes and within minutes of the Edgeware shopping hub, Victoria Street or Merivale Village. Walking or cycling to city center and the immense Hagley Park including Christchurch Botanic Garden surrounded by Avon River which is in the heart of the 'Garden City'. A perfect balance between the vibrancy of downtown and quietness of residential suburb.
