This 1800s character building has the best of both worlds, downtown location with a quiet parklike feel. A hidden gem among the central city. The building has two entrances one onto the quieter Emily Place & the other onto the convenient Fort Street. There is a gym & sauna within the building for guests to use. The one bedroom apartment has two balconies overlooking the park & is newly decorated, styled to create a retro, yet fresh feel. Perfect location for Spark Arena, bars, & restaurants.
A lovely quiet street, right in Britomart. Super close to the Train Station, Queen Street, The Waterfront and Spark Arena. Enjoy the buzz of Downtown or relax and have a Picnic in the park across the road. Key Safe Lockbox is located at Keyp-it, 16 Market Place. The key can be picked up anytime after the check-in time. The lockbox is a 5min drive or 12-minute walk away from the apartment. The key can be left in the apartment on checkout. The host may sometimes be available to meet at the apartment to hand over the keys close to the check in time. Guests will be required to provide contact information prior to check in as this is required of the building’s Body Corporate.
