The home is just a 22 minute drive from the nearest township of Havelock, where you can find restaurants and cafes for those looking for their caffeine fix. Boat access is available on the reserve next door to the property at high tide. Note there are very large tides in this area and boat launching at low tide can be very difficult. There is a 2 tonne mooring available with the is a mooring available to guests. Mooring number 593 with the surname NEAL painted on. It is almost in line with the boat access on the reserve. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
