Property information

A great opportunity to stay together if you have a large group. Heating throughout the house to stay warm over the winter. Complimentary wifi, tea, coffee + sugar. Off- street and on-street parking available. Outdoor dining area & decks with views of the Remarkables + Lake Wakatipu. Laundry - washer and dryer. This property is spread across 3 levels, with stairs to each level. On the ground floor you will find the garage. The second floor is where all three bedrooms, the laundry and the bathroom and ensuite are. On the top floor is the living/kitchen area as well as the outdoor area. . . *Payment Information- As we are a holiday home agency we will need to take payment via the card you have provided 7 days prior to your arrival. This amount is still refundable up until the cancelation period in booking com however we require payment before arrival as we cannot take this in person. We will then pre authorise your card with the bond amount the day of arrival and this will be returned to you after 7 days. *If you have selected to pay booking com this is not applicable to you.
