'Kina Cottage' is a family bach that has belonged to the same family for 3 generations! It has a long history & has been a place of many great times & special memories! With the family no longer resident in Nelson, it is their wish to share this wonderful piece of their history with some others! The cottage has always been a quiet, delightful home to holiday at with the reserve & the beach nearby, a safe beach to play/swim at, a great golf course nearby & 2 great cafes just a short drive away. This is a rural property on rain-fed tank water. While tanks are sufficient for Summer use, conservation is requested. Portacot & Highchair are provided at this property for guest use.
