We manage 23 properties in the Russell area & pride ourselves on being warm, friendly hosts who are passionate about our guests experience from start to finish when choosing to stay with us. We absolutely love hosting & enjoy meeting our guests in person to ensure the check in process goes smoothly & so we can recommend the best local attractions to help you make the most of your stay. We live locally & are available to assist with any issues during your stay.

Property information

Located in the heart of Russell, this beautifully decorated holiday home offers 3 or 5 bedroom options to accommodate extended family and is the ideal spot for a relaxing Bay of Islands escape. There's a great communal pool, BBQ & spa area as well as a play area for the kids, making this the perfect family getaway! The house is split over two levels, the ground floor offers an open plan living area with a guest toilet & laundry facilities with an extra fridge for your convenience. The annexe including bedrooms 4 &5 leads off the living area, this is opened when we have more than 6 guests staying, it offers an additional two bedrooms & a shared bathroom for large family groups. (This can be opened for less than 6 people at an additional charge, please message us if you wish to discuss the option). The light, airy upstairs area offers the main bedroom with a queen bed & ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom with a queen bed, the third bedroom with two single beds as well as a shared bathroom with shower over bath. The house is laid out in such a way that large family groups have plenty of space with the two sleeping areas at opposite ends of the property which is great for multigenerational groups. We also manage the cottage next door, Capital Cottage, which sleeps an additional 8 people, this works really well for multiple families wanting to stay together.

Russell is a seaside town filled with history and handy to all of the Bay of Islands 'bucket list' activities. From sitting on the waterfront with some classic fish and chips to swimming with dolphins or visiting the idyllic Urapukapuka Island, Russell is a great place to experience the laid-back lifestyle of the Far North. Nearby shops & restaurants are within walking distance & the Russell Information Centre located on the Russell Wharf is the best place to find information & book our local activities. There's so much to do in The Bay Of Islands!
