When it's time to explore the island - Vineyards, shops and beaches are all within minutes of the home - Oneroa village is less than 15 minutes walk away, or head down to Little Oneroa for sun and sand, a 3 minute drive away. Dine out at one of the many popular vineyards nearby - Cable Bay, Te Motu, Stoneyridge and Peacock Sky are all within 15 minutes or head over to the other side of the island to Man O War for casual platters and a taste of the local wine. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
