This laid back, family-friendly home is set across a single level with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. This Lake Rotoiti holiday home is situated on a generous section, that allows room to safely park your boat (up to 7m in length). With a recently built fish cleaning area, this is a great spot to have as a base for a fishing holiday! You will find 2 bedrooms in the main dwelling of this Lake Rotoiti accommodation. The first is fitted with a queen bed, and the second with 1 double bunk set. Located in the studio unit is a double bed, and an additional bathroom and shower. The closed pot-belly fireplace is perfect for toasty nights around the fire when the weather gets a little colder. On days when the weather is a little brighter, set yourself up on the deck and relax in the sunshine! Close proximity to the boat ramp and lake means you are never far away from a day of outdoor pursuits on the water. Hot pools are accessible by boat only (10 mins). When you are after peace, quiet, and time on the water, this Rotoiti accommodation is the place to be!
