The home resides on a lifestyle property which backs onto a farm and is located opposite the main beach, a bush reserve, cycle track and harbor mouth. The home has spectacular rural views, a deck and small lawn that drops away to a valley providing an extensive rural vista, big sky scapes and spectacular night skies, mature trees, abundant birdlife and a clear view of our mountain, Mt Karioi. The home has a quaint and inviting character with oiled floors, doors and window frames and lovely views. Ngaruanui beach is a 10 minute walk from the home and has spectacular views and sunsets, Wainui Bush Reserve is a 2 minute walk and has many family friendly tracks, a picnic area, stream and bird life. There is a well maintained cycle track just a few minutes walk or cycle and the town center is a 5 minute drive away or a 40 minute leisurely walk along the beach.
