This newly renovated downstairs accommodation has everything you need.Unlimited wifi and flat screen tv. Fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchenette with toaster, microwave and jug to fix breakfast.(no oven) Fully fenced and gated property with garden and the beautiful Buffalo Beach straight across the road.Parking and wash down facilities for a small boat. Relax in one of the nearby cafes, pubs or the world famous Lost Springs. Outside CCTV’s on site Sorry no pets No Parties No naked flames of any sort
We are a husband and wife team who have owned this home since 2014 and fully renovated it in 2020. We are constantly renewing furnishings and linens to keep the apartment updated and refreshed.
Walking distance to Whitianga town centre,cafes,bars and the wharf/ferry. World famous Lost Springs is a short 3 minute walk. The beach is straight across the road - 20 steps and you are there. The wharf is a 5 minute walk from the apartment where many sightseeing trips to Cathedral Cove, Hot Water beach and more leave from. A fully fenced section and driveway with plenty of room for children to play safely. No sea views from the unit itself. Outside CCTV on site. Parking for 2 cars.
