Aqua Heights Apartment is a large fully self-contained studio apartment offering exceptional views over Nelson, the Haven Estuary & beautiful Tasman Bay. This apartment is an ideal couples-retreat or for small family. You will enjoy waking up in this spectacular location! The home above may be owner-occupied, however, the apartment offers excellent privacy for your stay. Security cameras surveil the balcony and shared driveway area. These cameras cover only the exterior of the property. Please note that access is via external steps/stairs from the parking area to the apartment balcony.
