Property information

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home with great parking on a fully fenced section. This three bedroom, one bathroom lockwood home is ideally situated in central Opotiki near the Mobil service station and the town centre is only a minute’s walk away. The open plan lounge/dining and kitchen is light and airy with good storage and the kitchen is well equipped. There’s a west facing patio to enjoy the afternoon sun off the lounge. Heated by a wood fire, and heatpump, you will certainly be comfortable all year round. There’s plenty of room for the boat, car and trailer and the property is fully fenced with lockup garaging if required. This property is ideal for tradies working in Opotiki or travellers wishing to break up the journey through to Gisborne or around the Cape. Bedding configuration consists of two queen sized beds and a double. Internet is available. The entire house is accessible to guests. Within walking distance to town centre, a vehicle is required for getting in and around Opotiki.
