"690A Pukehina - Whare Iti (2 bedroom Apartment)" and "Whare Iti Rawa (Studio)" are located in a modern architecturally designed Executive Holiday Home with a 2 bedroom Apartment on upper floor and Studio Apartment on ground floor. The Holiday Home is located on the waterfront of picturesque Pukehina estuary and the main beach is across the road. Whare Iti (2 bedroom Apartment) is a fully equipped townhouse with full kitchen & cooking facilities. Whare Iti includes 2 bedrooms, a central bathroom with shower & toilet, and open plan living room with deck access both sides. Whare Iti Rawa (Studio) is a Studio Bedsit with Kitchinette including a combination microwave/oven/grill. There is no stovetop available. The Studio includes an open plan living and kitchen area with queen bed, and a seprate bathroom with toilet & shower. There is a concrete patio entrance with an outdoor table & chairs. Additional accomodation is available at "Whare Nui" a 4 bedroom Holiday Home located on neighbouring property. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, small family holiday or get together with close friends, then you will not want to miss this property. Paddle board, kayak, jetski or hobie sail right off the front lawn, or cross the road for a surf or boogie board. Bring your volleyball, badminton or cricket set and take advantage of the expansive lawn. Public boat ramp & kids play park 100m away so bring your boat. Pukehina Surf club is 300m away so the kids can safely swim between the flags.
Paul & Jo welcome you to "690A Pukehina - Whare Iti & Whare Iti Rawa" and wish you a wonderful time in our waterfront 2 bedroom townhouse and/or Studio. We live on-site in the neighbouring property and are available at any time to provide assistance and ensure you have an awesome holiday.
Pukehina Beach is a small, friendly, north facing beach area on the East Coast of the Bay of Plenty. It is bordered by a long surf beach and an estuary harbour. It is one of New Zealand's unspoilt beaches, with an unbeatable, relaxed lifestyle. Pack the paddle board, kayak, fishing rod and bicycles! People choose to holiday here because of its great location and beautiful environment. There are several parks, playgrounds and reserves, and two small convenience stores. Pukehina Beach has a store for last-minute provisions and takeaways, and a cafe 'Eat Pray Love' for dine-in or takeaway meals. Te Puke is the closest town 20 minutes away, with supermarkets and other local shops.
