139 on Peninsula is a stunning, light-filled two bedroom stylish, private Apartment. The ambiance, the light, the comfy beds and its location right above the Lake and its stunning private outdoor areas make this special. Only an 8 minute walk to the Hilton & Water Taxi to and from Queenstown. 10 minutes drive to the base of the Remarkables Ski Field or Queenstown Golf Course, it's the perfect getaway. Ideal for honeymooners, couples, solo adventurers, and business traveller. This is a per Guests access the completely private 1 / 2bedroom Apartment using the Smart Lock Code on the front door which leads into the Living room with Kitchenette. Take on the view in the private courtyard and with BBQ At the end of the hallway is the Master bedroom with Ensuite. A beautifully appointed Queen bed with grand views over the lake and mountains. Quality antique furniture furnishes the house , while a bedroom chair takes in the full sun and little touches makes this room special. The second bedroom accommodates 2 single beds to suit your group arrangements. This bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom. Little touches make this a perfect retreat.
Hi I'm Sally. I get lots of pleasure from having people in my Apartment and hopefully, providing them with accomodation and treats that will delight and make their time in Queenstown even that much more special! I aim to please my guests in any way I can, making their holiday experience less stressful and a time to relax, enjoy and have fun! Since starting my business, there have been changes in the area, with a bus service now running, with stops not far from my place. My guests tell me how much they enjoy using the water taxi, to and from town. Some preferring to use it rather than, taking their cars into town. I have had guests get married, in my garden, which has been a real honour and a privilege! Some of my overseas guests have returned for a second stay and many tell me how much they love the decor and how relaxing and quiet my place is, as well as having beautiful views. This is all probably because over the years I have enjoyed creating a family home, collecting antiques and building up collections. I have always wanted my home to be a retreat. Somewhere that feels welcoming comfortable and displays a little bit of my creativity and personality
A 8-minute walk gets you to the Hilton Hotel and the water taxi to and from Queenstown centre. A 10-minute drive takes you to the base of the Remarkables Ski fields along with Queenstown and Jacks Point golf course. Celebrate your Queenstown stay in style. Water taxi from the Hilton into Queenstown centre. The airport is a 10 minute drive, along with ' 5 Mile' retail areas. The property has a shared walkway down to the Queenstown walking trail, which is well sign posted. There is a small beach to the left of the property, about 8 minute walk, along the walking/ bike track. There are several walking/ bike tracks within the area. Kelvin Heights is very accessible to all amenities, including the Wineries, has all day sun. Come and relax in this very quiet and unique neighbourhood, enjoy the ambience of my property, while taking in the view of Coronet Peak, which can be seen from your Apartment. A fantastic getaway, with personal touches just for you! Kelvin Heights is bathed in any sunshine that is to be had, especially during the winter months. The Saturday markets, Remarkables Park, provide you with an opportunity to sample or buy local produce.
