It is easy to access everything as the property is in the center area of Patan, close to everything you need i.e. Malls, Shops, Health care & Hospitals. And also the historical and cultural landmarks of Patan are a few walks away from the place. About parking: Although there isn't a driveway or garage in the building, you can usually get places to park in the streets, or a few blocks away from the building. And the parking in the streets is safe as the policemen are patrolling the area all the time.
