This southern Karmøy Island property is 800 metres from a sandy beach of the North Sea. It offers self-service cottages with free Wi-Fi, full kitchens and a balcony. Haugesund is 40 km away. Large all year open 4 star campsite with 2, 4 and 5 star cabins. Campsite designed for 25 caravans or motorhomes. Classified for 40 pcs. In connection with camping we have showers and TV rooms for free use for all our guests. Wireless Internet connection. If you plan to come after 18.00, please let us know.
We are here for our guests with great knowledge of this area and always recommend the best for them. We make sure they feel relaxed and comfortable here so that ideally they return to us again !
At the far end of the southern tip of Karmøy, with the lighthouses facing the Skudefjord and the North Sea, lies the charming sailing sailing town of Skudeneshavn. The story goes back to the early 1800s when herring fishing created hectic activities in the city and what we today call the Old Town grew. Today, approx. 130 houses and seahouses. There is a particularly good atmosphere in Skudeneshavn. Here you can stroll and enjoy the tranquility of beautiful architecture, taste freshly made waffles and coffee in pleasant cafés, visit exciting galleries, experience sizzling festival life, and explore great hiking terrain, beaches and archipelago. Many possibilities of shorter or longer trips from our campsite: to the town, seaside, right from our campsite you get to the mountains, where are excellent trails. Geocaching is very popular in our area. Golf club is our neighbour.
