Heated pool in the summer season, spacious wood-burning sauna all year round, as well as the possibility of massage in a very good massage chair. Large garden with fruit trees. Out of season, the pool can be used as a coldpool after the sauna. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Coffee and tea are available free of charge during your stay. You can find eggs from the property's free-range hens in the fridge or collect them yourself. Bed linen, towels are included. TV with channels from Altibox in several rooms. Free parking right outside the front door and otherwise in the street next to the house. The property is very centrally located: • Porsgrunn train station is 2.3 km away. • Walking from the center takes 20 minutes. • 40 minutes (42 km) from Torp Sandefjord Airport. Bus/train directly to the airport. • 20 minutes by car from Larvik/ 11 minutes by train. Very good location for work trips to Herøya Industripark (3.7 km). The college is also a short distance away. A short walk takes you to the center of Porsgrunn and all it has to offer. Here you will find, among other things, Osebro, Jimmys, Merci, Jonas and many more nightclubs/restaurants. Porsgrunn is a city in great development and has a rich cultural life to offer, and especially in the summer the beautiful promenade teems with life. The Down Town shopping center is one of Porsgrunn's many attractive factors, with over 60 shops you will find everything you need in terms of facilities. Here you will also find the training center Sprek, if you are a particular fan of Sats, this is also a training center available in the Porselensfabrikken. From the residence, there are also good public transport links with a short distance to Skien Smedkåsvegen 42 has a central location, it is also in a scenic area with the Porsgrunnselva nearby. Here there are great hiking opportunities along the river.
