I am 31 years from Oslo. I own several companies and have around 40 employees. I have been in the rental business for about 10 years and rent out several apartments in Oslo. I am also a qualified real estate agent. My goal is to be a super host on Airbnb. In always available and making sure the apartments are clean and nice. If different situations arise, there is always a good solution if you have open and honest communication.

Property info

This is a top modern basement apartment that has its own entrance. The entire apartment was recently refurbished, so here you have a top-of-the-line kitchen, modern colors and a lovely bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen with a top modern kitchen. Induction hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, microwave, glasses, cutlery and lots more. Most of what you expect in a kitchen. There is also a dining table with chairs. In the living room there is a large sofa bed with room for 2 people to sleep. There is also a smart TV here. Both bedrooms have a double bed so there is room for 2 people in each bedroom. There are clean sheets and duvet covers for all guests who will sleep in the apartment. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a washing machine and drying rack in the cupboard outside the bathroom. There are clean towels for all guests.

Neighborhood info

Majorstuen is known for being a luxurious neighborhood with particularly many classic and historic buildings. In the neighborhood there are many charming restaurants, bars, cafes and the like. Bogstadveien is one of the most famous streets in Majorstuen where there are a number of shopping opportunities. There are many green areas at Majorstuen, and Frognerparken is perhaps Norway's most famous park with famous sculptures and large green areas.
