Set in the beautiful of valley Almklovdalen, Kråkehaugen feriehus is perfectly positioned within peaceful and tranquil surroundings consisting of mountains, streams and woodlands. Walking and hiking trips start at your front door. Red deers can be spotted from the terrace on most summer evenings and our fireplace will keep you cosy on winter evenings. We hope to welcome you soon!
Feriehus Kråkehaugen is located in the Almklov Valley. A unique place in several respects. For example, in the Almklov Valley you will find the highest concentration of olivine rock in the world. In addition to olivine, other unique rocks such as eklogett and peridott can also be found in the valley. Rock types from deep layers of the earth that are normally not found on the surface. In the valley there is a nature reserve where you can look for these types of stone. Almklovdalen is located in the municipality of Vanylven. With 385 km² and 3083 residents, each Vanylving has 110.000 m² at his disposal. In other words, here you can really enjoy the peace and space around you. With mountains, forests and meadows around you and the nearest fjord 9 km away, it is an ideal place to spend a holiday.
