We offer a spacious studio (30 m2) in our characteristic house (built in 1902). We live in an independent and separate apartment on the first floor, you only share the frontdoor and staircase with us. The studio is located on the top floor. On this floor you will find the bathroom and kitchen. The studio is divided into two parts, these parts cannot be separated from each other. In the sleeping area you will find the double bed (1400x200) and the wardrobe. In the living area there is a sitting area with sofa bed (1.20x1.90), TV, dining table and kitchenette with fridge, microwave/oven, crockery and tea and coffee making facilities. Just outside the studio (see map at the photos) there is a shared fully-equipped kitchen for cooking and washing dishes, and the shared bathroom with washing machine.
We bought this beautiful house 1 year ago. I was born nearby and grew up in Nijmegen. We like to walk and can often be found in the center. We can give tips about all kinds of activities, restaurants and beautiful routes in nature.
In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and bars, a supermarket and a playground. The city center is within a 5-minute walk, in the center you can visit museums, shop or go to many restaurants. Both the university and the forestal areas (Groesbeek, Berg en Dal and the Ooijpolder) around Nijmegen are within 10 minutes cycling.
