We rent out two twin rooms and both are adjacent to the shared roof terrace on the first floor. The private external bathrooms are located on the ground floor, as is the shared breakfast room including fully equipped kitchenette to prepare breakfast yourself. The supermarket and bakery are literally around the corner, located at the end of the street (50m). Each room has free Wi-Fi access, smart TV with Netflix and Prima Video and beds with electrically ad-justable frame. The rooms are completely separated from the house, so you have your own entrance! Private parking is available. Alkmaar is 10 km, Haarlem is 35 km and Amsterdam is 40 km from Hoogland aan Zee. All easily ac-cessible by car or public transport.
