Smilley's Place is peaceful and centrally located. You definitely will feel yourself immediately at home in our residence. Close to all amenities, this is a place for you.

Neighbourhood information

A very cultured and secure neighbourhood with general markets in 3 districts close by. Supermarkets, malls, restaurants and fast food shops such as Dominos Pizza House, The Place Bar and Restaurant, Cold Stone Ice Cream House and many more are scattered around but close by. The street is tarred with less traffic and quiet. There is a security post at the main entrance into the road, and the condominium is also gated.
