Facing a beautiful sunset ocean view, our modern 2-bedroom unit is strategically located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, ideal for families, couples or business travelers. The unit is equipped with a kitchen for light cooking and each room is fully air-conditioned. It is furnished with a flair of contemporary furniture and can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. Relax in our urban oasis or take a dip in our infinity pool provided complimentary to you during your stay, there are numerous convenient stores and eatery outlets/restaurants located right below our unit so you will be spoilt for choice with dining options!

Having recently returned to Kota Kinabalu after living and working in the United States, I can confidently tell you there is truly no place like home here in Malaysia! We love welcoming people into our home and will do the best we can to ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay here with us! Looking forward to hosting you here in Kota Kinabalu! Check - in instructions will be sent to you in our welcome email. Our apartment has been designed as an oasis from the city, allowing you to recuperate and rest after a day out. Thus, we choose to minimize disturbance to our guests during your stay so that you can fully enjoy the space and facilities. However, if there are questions or queries that come up during your stay, we can easily be reached via email/phone.
Located adjacent to Kota Kinabalu’s central business district, the unit at Jesselton Quay is only a few minutes walk to one of the largest malls ‘Suria Sabah’ in Kota Kinabalu and numerous downtown eateries and atttractions. It is also less than a 5 min walk to Jesselton Point ferry terminal where you will be able to take boats to access popular islands and diving sites. There are also other malls like ‘Wisma Merdeka’ and ‘Jesselton Duty Free’ nearby as well as the famous Gaya Street Sunday market selling local delicacies and souvenirs. There are ample food options around our unit, 24 hour convenience stores and also HSBC bank (with ATM machines). Jesselton Quay is located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu and is less than a 10 minute drive to the city center and 15 mins by car from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). The most convenient and affordable mode of transport to get around is through the Grab app (similar to Uber) which allows you to easily book and track rides.
