*Greetings from Sutera Avenue Management! TEMPORARY SWIMMING POOL CLOSURE Kindly be informed that the swimming pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance work starting from 4th October 2024 for a period of seven (7) days. This closure is necessary to address various concerns, including the replacement of swimming pool tiles and underwater lighting. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. Thank you for your patience as we strive to enhance the facilities for everyone's enjoyment. 1. There is an ongoing of a nearby construction project beside Sutera Avenue Building which at times may results noise. The construction is facing in front of the unit. Potential low noise for airplane landing. 2. The rooftop swimming pool is operated by a third-party building management company, there may be at times they close it without prior notice given by the building management for them to conduct urgent repairs and maintenance. The swimming pool is for guests usage and it is NOT owned nor operated by JC Suites. JC Suites @Sutera Avenue is conveniently located in KK city. Centrally-located place, modern facilities & the best sunset view with infinity pool! 》Perfect for travelers either on business trip or leisure. Private suite (not shared). 》10 minutes (7.3km) drive from KKIA airport. 》 Located opposite Imago Shopping Mall (walking distance 5 minutes). The space 》 High speed internet. 》 Hotel-grade beds. 》 24 CCTV. 》 24 on-site security guard. 》 Lobby and lift are only accessible with access card. 》 Infinity pool, sunset view an gym at the 11th Floor. 》 Service apartment. 》 Paid parking is available upon request. (RM 1 per hour, RM 30 overnight)
