All units are well taken care by the host and manager. We assure the cleanness of the apartments and all bed lines are changed and washed after each guest check-out. If guest does not satisfy with the cleanness of the apartment, we will immediately arrange cleaning of your apartment again. All units are similar in term of daily pricing, layout, amenities, and building facilities, the main different is some units able to fit 4 guests but some units will be able to fit 5 guests.

Neighbourhood information

For your information, there is one decent and modern shopping mall, plenty of restaurants, bar, cafes, convenience store, 7-11, bank, clinics, massage center, 24 hours self service laundry, and car rental service around this property area. All of the above are within walking distance from this apartment. Basically it is a well developed and very happening area. This area is also one of the safest area to live in Malaysia. It is considered as high-end residential area at Kuala Lumpur.
