Property information

For 4 pax, there are attractions for a wide variety of interests, with shoppers, tourists, island hoppers and business people alike. Jesselton Duty Free, Suria Sabah and IMAGO are major malls to shop in. Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal allows access to the many attractive islands, while the Sabah International Convention Center gives way to many future events to see. The room offers a relaxing place to stay, with separate views of Mount Kinabalu and the sea in between.

Neighbourhood information

As it is a home for many, the condo is quite a quiet place to be in. Being close to a lot of attractions certainly makes this a tourist hotspot, including locals from other parts of Sabah. Walkable paths painted in green will be available to travel towards mentioned attractions, although walking in the heat or rain may be a challenge. Parking outside the residence will be hard to find so ride-sharing apps are recommended, such as Maxim, Grab and MyCar.
