There is a small wall between the entrance to the pool and the door of the studio Close to Puerto Juarez Beach and Overseas Maritime Terminal with a crossing to Isla Mujeres. 10 min drive to Hotel Zone, Bus Terminal, supermarkets, offices, shops, shopping malls, and downtown. 24-hour guarded, gated safe community. 6 min bike ride to the neighborhood El Niño Beach or 3 min by car. Family-friendly neighborhood. We strongly recommend renting a car if you want to explore Cancun and its many surrounding places for convenience and flexibility. The bus to the hotel zone costs Twelve pesos per person and taxis, approximately between forty-fifty pesos to anywhere in downtown Cancun. You can also choose to use a taxi. Simply asking the security guards at the entrance booth to get the vehicle to you when and where you have it. By the way, rates in this part of town are cheaper than in the hotel area. At the same time, there is a public transport stop at a cost of less than one dollar and a 24-hour service every day of the week.
