We are a professional vacation rental company, we love to host new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, we are private apartments. Therefore we do not have staff working on the premises, we ask for a good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process will be easy. We will be attentive to anything you may need during your reservation.

Property info

Enjoy these incredible apartments with everything you need to make your stay more than pleasant. Views of the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. Just a few steps away is the Galenia hospital (Fertility Center Cancun), the Superama by Walmart (supermarket), shopping centers, restaurants and cafes! The condominium has a large pool, lounge area, barbecue area, gym and underground parking.

Neighborhood info

The building is located on one of the most important streets in Cancun (La Av. Tulum), it is very easy to take taxis to get to any part of the city. Less than a 10-minute walk away you will find a supermarket, the ADO bus branch that takes you to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc., the Galenia hospital (Fertility Center Cancún) and Plaza Las Américas (where you can take the public buses to the beach ). The public transport stop is a 7-minute walk away. In Plaza las Américas you take the bus that says "CRUISE" and get off at the Municipal Palace, cross the avenue and take Route 1 or 2 that takes you to the "HOTEL AREA". In the plaza of the Ibis hotel there is a branch of the ADO buses, these take you to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itzá, Tulum, Xcaret, etc.
