Inside between the beach and town residential area, this condo is an ideal Tulum escape! - If you have a romantic getaway or just want to flow in paradise, this condo is a wonderful choice nestled between the famous Tulum beach road and Tulum town ("El Pueblito") You'll be in a fantastic part of Tulum where you can bike and walk just about anywhere in town. Please note that unit #302 is currently up for sale and there could be a showing during your stay. Advanced notice will be given. All health protocols will be followed to ensure the safety of our guests and prospective buyers. If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit is: 700 USD. The oven is out of service until further notice. (Apartment with Balcony) Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot. Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
