We focus in hospitality and care about our guests and want you to have the best of stays with us. We will give you the space and privacy you need but please know we are always available whenever you have a question, a request or need help from us.

Property information

Yum Balam is a brand new condominium located in Punta Cocos, the most quiet part of the island. Our location is perfect to enjoy the magic of the island in a more peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and tourism at the island center. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets straight from the bedrooms and an almost private turquoise shallow water beach which is just steps away from the apartment. This property is a 2 bedroom apartment ideal for families, couples or group of friends who want to have a lovely and relaxing vacation and for guests who want to connect with nature, enjoy the sound of birds and contemplate beautiful sunsets. The perfect setting for an amazing getaway. 50 megas Starlink internet per apartment. Connectivity won´t be an issue here.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the west end of the island in a very quiet and peaceful area called Punta Cocos. You can walk out your door to the beach just steps away. We personally love and enjoy this quiet side of the island and we are sure you will love it as well!
