Property information

This is a beautiful brand new two bedroom apartment with a cozy Mexican touch and a nice location in Mazatlán. Less than a two minute walk from Avenida Camarón-Sábalo, the main Street of the Zona Dorada, a buzzing area. There are stores, restaurants, bars and places to dance, sing and enjoy the nights. However, if you're looking for a quieter vacation, this apartment offers that as well. Those two minutes of walking make all the difference. One of the best beaches in Mazatlan is less than 3 minutes walking distance. I'll even provide you with an umbrella, a small cooler and a couple of foldable chairs to take to the beach to enjoy the sea! You'll also have a grill for nice evenings by the barbecue. This apartment is perfectly situated for Carnival, Spring Break, Semana Santa and Semana en Moto (Bike Week) or just for a nice, relaxing weekend. Public transportation is also euasily accessible. The Marina, malls and movie theaters are around 5 minutes driving. Must visits are the Malecón and the Centro Histórico (Historic Downtown) which are 5 and 25 minutes driving. Come and visit Mazatlan, you'll want to come again!
