Hola, We are Kraig and Alfredo Gutierrez. We have been traveling and staying in Vacation and Short Term Rentals and Airbnb for the past four years. While our careers are in the International real estate industry, we are avid travelers both on land and at sea aboard cruise ships. Kraig’s first career was working on cruise ships around the world and at mega resorts in Las Vegas and Alfredo has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Through our travels, we have learned the hard way the importance of knowledgeable and accommodating hosts who have central and well-equipped rentals with great amenities. We worked hard to create an experience for our guests that is elevated yet simplified.
