*The Condominium is on the beachfront, incredibly decorated, with spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas, the mountains of the Sierra Madre and spectacular sunsets. * It is located just 10 minutes from the International Airport. * The entrance to the complex is through Plaza Peninsula. * Outside the complex you can find a taxi stand, or ask for an UBER at the lobby door, or walk to the bus stop just 3 minutes from the entrance of the complex. These are the Rules of the Peninsula Condominium Complex Administration, not our rules as owners. 1. Maximum 10 people registered in the condominium (children included). 2. Visits are not allowed. 3. Smoking is not allow anywhere in the condo. 4. Bracelets will be provided to each person who is part of the reservation. At the end of your stay, these bracelets will be returned. The loss, damage or breakage of said bracelets will have a replacement cost of 2000 pesos per bracelet. These bracelets identify you as guests of the condo complex and give you access to all areas of the development and quick access to security filters. Upon arrival, the recorded Kw/h will be read from the Electrical meter and another reading will be made upon departure. The Kw/h has a cost of 4 pesos. The difference between the two readings will give the Kw/h consumed * 4 pesos; amount you will have to pay when you check out. Smoking is not allow anywhere in the condo.

The Condominium is located in the middle of the beautiful Bay of Banderas in Puerto Vallarta, the only thing that separates it from the sea is the infinity pool, which is very spacious and perfect for sunbathing and having fun both young and old. The Condominium located just 10 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta international airport, and you can walk outside the complex where you can find a Starbucks, or just 10 minutes walk you can get to the La Isla shopping center, where you can find excellent options for shopping, entertainment and restaurants . The Condominium is in an excellent central location for any area you want to visit: from going to see Sayulita or Bucerías and if you prefer to go to old Vallarta or take a walk along the Malecón. Or if you need to bring the purchase closer to just 5 minutes you can find Costco, La Comer ... Anyway, it is very close to everything. Outside the complex you can find a taxi stand, or you can ask for an UBER at the lobby door, or if you like adventures you can walk to the bus stop just 3 minutes from the entrance of the complex.
