Our location is by far the best in the entire hotel zone! Enjoy the turquoise colors of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful sunrise every morning. Have a coffee and go for a walk on the beach, relax under a palapa or swim in the beautiful adult pools, family pool or have fun in the water park for children. In the afternoon enjoy the sunset and the majestic Nichupte Lagoon. More than 300 happy visitors assure that your vacation will be unforgettable! In your suite you will beds, a coffee table, a full bathroom with great pressure and hot water, hair drier, closet , iron , TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, safe deposit box , first aid kit, access to Netflix, a minibar, a microwave and some amenities that we will leave for you as a “Welcome Kitt for a great start to your vacation” (bottles of water, shampoo, liquid soap, coffee, toilet paper) that you may refill at the convenience store. Your room is delivered clean and neat and we will provide bath towels for each registered person. For stays longer than 3 nights, we will change your bath towels and make a complimentary light cleaning. Beach towels are provided fresh and daily in the pool area. Outdoor furniture Our property is privately owned and although is not part of the hotel, we provide access to all common areas of the Park Royal Hotel. You can use the pools, lounge chairs, beach, go to the Yamilu archeological site, use the parking lot, go to the hotel shops, order fresh beach towels daily and enjoy the security provided by the guards and lifeguards. The hotel zone is so beautiful, you can jog or walk on the beach or on the cycle track, you can take the city bus at the door of the hotel and go either downtown or the party center where famous Coco bongo, Dadyò and Hard Rock Café are located and it is less than 5 minutes away. Starbucks, McDonalds and Chedraui Gourmet are also just 5 minutes away. Transportation is very easy, local buses run every 10-15 minutes and is only one way. We have Airport Shuttle service to Park Royal and back. It is a Van for up to 10 people with a driver authorized by the airport and very reliable. If you want to book your service let us know in advance. We also have many tours with prices and special promotions for our guests including parks as Xcaret and Chichen Itza.
