A-Nah condo building is one of the most popular buildings, right in the center of town! Enjoy amenities usually reserved for hotels: beautiful roof top pool and lounge area, gym, elevators, 24 hour security, laundry room & underground garage parking with security. Located on the corner of Calle 16 and 20 avenue, you are within 1 block to almost anything you need, restaurants, grocery, market, shops and pharmacy/convenience store. Just 3 blocks to 5th ave and 5 blocks to the beach! In all of our units, you will find a full 5 gallon jug of drinking water for your use free of charge. There is a cost for additional water. We do not include daily cleaning in our price, but we offer cleaning when requested at an additional cost (depending on the apartment size). IMPORTANT NOTE regarding the private Mini Pools on the penthouse rooftops. There are no jets or hot water, it is just a mini pool, and it is filled just before your arrival. TRANSPORTATION - If you are interested in private transportation from the airport, please let us know and we can send you the details, must be booked more than 24 hours in advance. Prices: 1-3 people is 1,200 pesos or 4-7 people 1,400 pesos. 
As owner/operators who have traveled extensively, are from two different cultures, and who live here in Playa, my husband and I can be as helpful as you wish. We have lived in Playa for 15 years and are delighted to share local tips and discounts provided to us.
This unit is located on a quiet street, central to everything you will need while visiting Playa del Carmen, and all within walking distance. Only 5 blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches, 3 blocks to the famous 5th ave, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and grocery stores. There are two grocery stores nearby, Mega and DAC. Mega (regular grocery store) is located on Constituyentes and 30th (two blocks away). DAC, know for carrying unusual ingredients, fresh vegetables, fruits and some basic necessities is located on 30 Avenida and Calle 20 (St), two blocks north, and two blocks west With our guests we share local tips on beaches, activities, restaurants and shops. We love Playa and want to make each guests stay memorable so that they will come back year after year.
