Company info

We are a professional vacation rental company, we love to host new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, we are private apartments. Therefore we do not have staff working on the premises, we ask for a good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process will be easy. We will be attentive to anything you may need during your reservation.

Property info

Small studio located in a beachfront condominium. Ideal for couples or for 2 people maximum. It has a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, private bathroom, closet, a microwave and a refrigerator. It is designed to sleep and spend most of the time in the common areas or in activities outside the studio since it is very small and does not have a stove or grill for cooking. There is a restaurant very close within walking distance of the beach.

Neighborhood info

Puerto Juarez is a picturesque neighborhood in the northern part of Cancun, offering a more authentic and local experience of Mexico. It is known for its seaport, from where the ferries that connect Cancun with Isla Mujeres leave. It has a large number of local restaurants offering seafood and Mexican cuisine, and is a great option for those looking to try authentic local food. It is advisable to rent a car. Although we do not have parking, some neighbors offer us to rent their space.
