Located in the apartment complex "Villas Marlin". It is right in the middle of the Hotel Zone, which is the tourist part of Cancun. There is a Mall just behind the complex (Luxury Avenue or Kukulcan Mall) and inside that Mall there is a SuperMarket (Soriana) where you will be able to buy all your groceries. Just 2 block from us there is another Mall called "La Isla". That Mall has plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and a Movie Theatre. The Location is Perfect! Everything is within walking distance.
I was born and raised in Cancun. I live in the same complex you would be staying in, so if you have any questions, I will be around :) in case the guests need advice or have questions, I can be there for them
the neighborhood is in the hotel zone which is the tourist zone of Cancun. it has a Mall right behind us and inside that mall there is a super market. also just 2 blocks away there is another mall (La Isla), a larger mall with more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and a marina. Cancun being a tourist city, buses and taxis run 24 hours a day. and there is a bus stop and a taxi stand just a few steps from the complex. that is very convenient
