Welcome to your home, where nature and luxury blend effortlessly. A new, intimate and secure gated community comprised of 30 units, located in Aldea Zama, Tulum’s first planned community. The architecture combines the beautiful, lush jungle surroundings with modern, sustainable design. The community area includes swimming pool, lounge area, hammocks, palapa bar + bathroom, and mediation area. Nestled in nature, yet just a short bike or drive to town and the beach.

Neighbourhood information

Aldea Zama is Tulum’s first planned community, with first rate infrastructure, including a pedestrian promenade with shopping, fine dining and so much more. Tucked in between the town and the beach, you are a short distance from the action, or have all your creature comforts right in Aldea Zama and never have to leave. Aldea Zama is located in between the two main parts of Tulum: 1. the beach road leading to both Tulum National Park (public beaches) and the hotel zone and 2. the town or ‘el pueblo,’ as the locals fondly refer to it. To move comfortably between all zones, we highly recommend having a bicycle, motor bike&scooter, or a car.
