Shahaza Property is a new company. We have started a property portfolio on the Island which contain villas, beach lagoon properties and apartments set around all of Mauritius. These properties are open for sale to foreigners and locals. Idyllic beach apartment is the first of our properties that is set for short term rental. Property information

Idyllic beach apartment is a true gem of the North, nestled on a sun-drenched tropical shore with private access, set in a quiet complex with 24 hour security, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The first glimpse reveals an inviting outdoor seating area, shaded by a chic umbrella offering unobstructed views of Coin di Mire island and a superb view of Bain Boeuf lagoon. Modern and plush seating arrangements as well as a wood decking terrace beckon you to relax and soak in the scenic beauty. Sit back and enjoy private access to a white sandy beach or have a dip in the generous size family pool. The property has been well furnished and is comfortable to entertain guests. We have used décor to give a modern Mauritian feel which is light and airy. Downstairs guests can use the utility room which is large enough to store shopping or luggage's and use the large guest toilet. We have endeavored to make this property as child friendly as possible and have added an additional wet kitchen at the exterior to accommodate larger families. Upstairs we have three spacious bedrooms, each with their own air conditioning units and modern ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have tasteful furniture and calming colours adding to the room's tranquil ambiance. Waking up here means being greeted by the gentle whisper of waves and the soft embrace of the ocean breeze. Guests can access the free gym near the reception by asking the security guard stationed at the entrance for the key. The security guard can also help transport luggage's to the property, using the electric golf car for those unable to do so. We also provide on-site car rental services to enable you to have a hassle free holiday. However, some of the best local tourist spots in Grand Baie are located within a 2mile radius of the property. We hope you choose this unique place as it promises a stay that is as rejuvenating as it is beautiful, making it ideal gateway for couple or family,
