Welcome to my cosy and modern apartment in Malta! This is a perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in a central location. Whether you are here for work, leisure, or adventure, you will find everything you need within walking distance or a short bus ride. The apartment is just 2 years old and I am constantly improving it with new decorations and amenities. Your stay will contribute to making it even more beautiful and inviting. The living room and kitchen are spacious and extremely well-equipped, ideal for cooking, dining, and chilling. You can use the dishwasher, the oven, the microwave, the toaster, and the coffee machine, as well as the spices and condiments in the cabinets. There is also a large TV with Netflix for your entertainment, and a selection of board games for some fun time. The bedrooms have a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens and pillows, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a nightstand. The bathrooms have a shower, a sink, and a toilet. But the best part is the Japanese toilet in the master bedroom, which is a rare and amazing feature in Malta. You will love the heated seat, the warm water spray, and the massage function. Trust me, once you try it, you will never want to go back to a regular toilet! The apartment also has a balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the view of the street. There is a washing machine and a dryer in one of the bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, as well as free Wi-Fi. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Malta. You are just a few minutes away from the seafront promenade, where you can find many cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. You can also take a ferry or a bus to Valletta, the capital city, or to other popular destinations like St. Julian’s, Mdina, or Gozo. There are also several beaches and parks nearby, where you can enjoy the sun. I am always available to answer any questions you might have, and to give you tips.

Welcome to Ta’ Xbiex, a charming town in the eastern part of Malta that overlooks the scenic Marsamxetto harbour. Ta’ Xbiex is known for its foreign embassies, elegant villas, and yacht marinas. It is also close to the vibrant towns of Msida and Gżira, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife options. Enjoy a relaxing stay in my cozy apartment, situated in a peaceful and secure neighbourhood, only a short stroll away from the beautiful seafront and the historic St John of the Cross church. You can easily reach the vibrant cities of Valletta, Sliema and St Julians by foot, or admire the stunning views of Valletta from the nearby marina and swimming spot, where you can also find a charming Maltese church. For your convenience, there are bus stops close to the apartment, as well as affordable taxi services (Uber, Bolt and Ecabs apps). Alternatively, you can rent a scooter or a motorcycle and discover the wonders of Malta on two wheels, avoiding the traffic congestion.
